Description:	Joseph Campbell's The Power of Myth: The Message of the Myth Comment by Dr. Nathan Howard, Associate Professor of History, The University of Tennessee at Martin. Dr. Howard will comment on the function of ancient Greek mythology in illustrating extremisms in human emotion and exaggerating conventions of ordinary life. As usual, meetings are free, but we would welcome small voluntary donations to be forwarded for the maintenance of the Joseph Campbell Foundation's Mythological RoundTable® Program.
