Description:

We meet discuss the works and insights of Joseph Campbell, mythology and the Hero's Journey we each find ourselves on individually and collectively.

We are an emerging JCF Mythological Roundtable® group chartered through the Joseph Campbell Foundation (jcf.org). We welcome all who are interested in Joseph Campbell, mythology and how it relates to this unique human experience, our lives. There is no prior experience necessary, come as you are and bring a friend.

Our format is that of a roundtable, there is dialogue, deep listening and a focus on alignment and honoring other's experience and insights. The roundtable is free, however, it is customary to "pass the hat" for donations to the Joseph Campbell Foundation (jcf.org) to support the work of JCF. As a JCF Mythological Roundtable® group we have access to a wealth of jcf.org materials.

This meeting's topic and roundtable discussion will focus on two of Joseph Campbell's quotes:

"Life is without meaning. You bring the meaning to it. The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be. Being alive is the meaning."

"Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls."

We hope to see you in November.
