Creating New Journeys
Michal Bohanes writes for Forbes about Tom Savage, an entrepreneur who’s started various businesses, but doesn’t want to be a CEO.
Savage understands that being a founder is not the same thing as running a company, and that his talents are better served for the prior. This opinion may not be conventional, because most people enjoy a traditional story curve, like Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey.
But Tom Savage’s strategy seems to be working, as he progresses to the next business, and to the next, and to the next.
